Forge starts everyone on a free Trial plan with 3 seats and 10 runs per month. When you need more capacity, upgrade to Starter or Pro directly from the Billing page. This guide walks through the upgrade flow and explains what changes when you subscribe.

Upgrading
- Go to Settings → Billing & Usage → Billing. You must be an organisation admin to do this.
- Find the plan you want and click Upgrade to Starter (or Pro).
- You are taken to the Stripe Checkout page. Enter your card details and confirm.
- You are redirected back to the Billing page with a confirmation. Your new limits take effect immediately.
Managing your subscription
Click Manage Billing on the Billing page. This opens the Stripe Billing Portal where you can:
- View all past invoices and download PDFs
- Update your payment method (credit card or SEPA debit)
- Change your billing email address
- Cancel your subscription
What happens when you cancel
Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. After that, the organisation reverts to the Trial plan (3 seats, 10 runs/month). Your runs, outputs, and teams are preserved — nothing is deleted on cancellation.
