Save and reuse brief templates

Save your most-used briefs as named templates and launch them in one click.

Brief templates save your most-used briefs so you can relaunch recurring work in one click. Each template stores the brief text, team selection, and output tone together.

Saving a template

  1. Go to New run.
  2. Select a team and fill in the brief. Set the tone if you want to save a preferred output style.
  3. Below the brief field, click Save as template.
  4. Give the template a name — for example, "Monthly board report" or "Weekly security review".
  5. Click Save. The template is now available on all future new run forms.

Loading a template

On the new run form, scroll up to the saved templates section. Your templates are listed by name. Click one to pre-fill the brief text, team selection, and tone. You can edit anything before submitting — the template is just a starting point.

Good uses for templates

Templates are most useful for recurring work that follows a consistent structure but changes subject each time. For example: monthly board reports (same team and tone, different month's data), weekly security reviews (same scope, different systems), or quarterly market analyses (same framework, different geography).

Tip:Save one template per recurring workflow. Name templates clearly so they are easy to identify at a glance — "Q1 Market Analysis" is more useful than "Market research brief".
