By creating an account or using the Forge platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service. Continued use of Forge after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Forge is an AI agent team platform operated by Shanova AB. It allows you to define teams of AI agents, submit briefs, and receive AI-generated outputs including documents, analysis, plans, and recommendations. The service runs on Microsoft Azure AI infrastructure.
Outputs are generated by AI language models and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. AI-generated content should be reviewed by a qualified professional before being relied upon for legal, financial, medical, compliance, or safety-critical decisions. Forge provides outputs as a starting point, not as professional advice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your login details with others. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately at legal@shanova.se.
You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account and use Forge. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You may not use Forge to: generate, distribute, or facilitate illegal content of any kind; attempt to circumvent, jailbreak, or abuse AI safety measures; scrape, mirror, or systematically extract data from the platform; use the service in a way that disrupts or damages it for other users; impersonate any person or organisation; or violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
You retain ownership of the content you submit to Forge — your briefs, company profile data, and any other inputs. You also retain ownership of the outputs generated for you. By submitting content, you grant Shanova AB a limited licence to process that content for the sole purpose of operating the service: specifically, to run your inputs through AI agent pipelines and return outputs to you.
Shanova AB does not claim any ownership rights in your inputs or outputs. We do not use your content to train AI models without your explicit consent.
AI-generated outputs may contain errors, outdated information, or factual inaccuracies. Forge provides outputs as a starting point for your work, not as definitive professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing outputs before using them for any significant purpose. Always involve qualified professionals where outputs relate to legal, financial, compliance, medical, or safety-critical matters.
We aim to provide a reliable, high-availability service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to Forge. Downtime may occur due to maintenance, infrastructure issues, or circumstances outside our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or aspect of the platform with reasonable advance notice where practicable.
Forge, Shanova AB, and all related names, logos, marks, and trade dress are the intellectual property of Shanova. The platform's code, design, documentation, and templates are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms transfers any IP rights to you beyond the limited right to use the service as described.
Forge is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Shanova AB is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Forge shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
